Our factory-refurbished devices have been thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and fitted with new components where necessary. They are technically flawless—with possible patina from the previous owner.

What does “factory reconditioned” mean?

Factory-refurbished NUVEQ hay steamers are units that were used as demonstration models (e.g., at a trade show) or were in operation for a limited time before being returned. Upon return, our technicians subject them to a thorough inspection, testing, and overhaul. This ensures that they meet the same high performance and quality standards as our new units.

Why buy a factory-reconditioned NUVEQ hay steamer?

Save money without compromise: Our factory-reconditioned hay steamers offer the same powerful performance and reliability as new models – but at a reduced price that is usually around 20% lower than a new unit.

Our factory-refurbished devices have been thoroughly tested and technically repaired. However, they may show signs of wear that may affect the function
in any way. Since these devices have already been in use, external traces
visible – e.g., discolored interior surfaces caused by natural ingredients such as sugar in hay. These changes are purely cosmetic and do not affect function.

Is the same customer service available for factory refurbished devices?

Is a warranty included?

Yes! Even used/factory-refurbished hay steamers come with a one-year warranty.
