For payments in advance, please contact hello@nuveq.com or hallo@nuveq.com.  

Note: If you choose payment in advance, it may take 1-3 working days for us to receive the payment. Once received, we'll ship your order immediately. 

*Credit card payments are accepted for settling existing invoices. For new orders, please select the advance payment option and contact us to arrange payment. 

 

Shipping Conditions 

We deliver to all countries in the EU and the United Kingdom.  

 

Shipping Fees: 

All orders placed on this website: www.nuveq.com will be shipped under the following conditions: 

Orders over €100.00 (or £90.00) qualify for free delivery. 

Orders under €100.00 (or £90.00) incur a €5.00 (or £4.50) shipping fee. 

Larger items requiring freight forwarding incur separate shipping costs. Items to  

Deliveries outside Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria, and the United Kingdom may incur special fees. 

Delivery Times: 

All products are in stock unless otherwise specified. Orders received on weekdays will be sent out within 2 working days. Delivery times for specific or bulky products may vary and are listed on our website.
